Unlimited is a fixed monthly package with included capacity and features. PAYG stays credit-based with bonuses.
Tiers list subreseller seats, auto refill behavior, and package value versus standard per-client economics. Dashboard, API, and reseller support match the rest of the program unless we confirm something different for your account.
Yes. Partners typically move between Pro, Elite, Titan, and Enterprise as volume grows or consolidates. When you request a change, we confirm the effective date and how billing updates.
You can upgrade from PAYG to Unlimited when your volume fits that model. Downgrading from an Unlimited reseller package to PAYG is not available—select the plan aligned with how you expect to run long term.
If concurrent active customers exceed your package cap before the next billing date, usage from the first day above the limit through that billing date is calculated and invoiced automatically as a prorated adjustment.
If a downstream partner leaves and you pay monthly add-on fees for those sub-reseller seats, their accounts and associated end-user lines are removed effective your next invoice date. Charges for those seats are credited against that invoice.
Overdue accounts may have reseller panel access suspended and active lines deactivated—including lines under your sub-resellers—until the outstanding balance is settled. Reach out before the due date if you expect a delay so we can discuss options.
If you choose to leave the reseller program, your panel access is revoked and end-user lines on your account are deactivated. The same applies to sub-resellers under your hierarchy: their access and lines are closed as part of offboarding.
